I have an avios flight from dec 2020 which was canceled by ba and still not touched. For any time changes does it have to be 14 days from the date at which I change or has the 14 days expired now so I might as we l get cash book and rebook if/when needed and avios availability opens up...figuring out whether to get $ or wait until close to when want to travel.
