He tried to check us in on line when we flew to Faro, it tooks loads of attempts as it kept dropping out. He likes the way that you can just whizz to the check in machines for a Boarding Pass, and that you can do that 24 hours before departure.
Can anyone tell me why eticket, and thus on-line check-in is not availbale in FAO, but is in LIS or OPO?

OLCI does not e-ticket to be offered at an aiport.
I think BA does not have DCS (the BA check-in system) at FAO, and this is the deciding factor on what departure airports OLCI offers
