Dinner for us tonight consisted of broiled black sea bass (which I caught), mushroom risotto and sweet collard greens. I need to begin thinning out my supply of fish from last summer and fall. Tomorrow night will be summer flounder(fluke) and maybe some ling. Perhaps a fish fry is in order, I will make some potato salad and cornbread. Conservatively, I still have over 200 lbs of fish in the freezer downstairs.
