I'm in transit in Doha at the moment on the way to the US and just checked my email, status of my ESTA has changed to "application expired" from being authorised when I checked in for my first flight. From what I understand this might be the result of DHS/CBP cancelling because they think I've come from a banned country. I haven't. I'm meant to fly in a few hours, QR has no idea, they still think everything is fine. Any advice? Anyone had a similar situation? Will there be someone at the gate here who will be able to solve this problem?
