I'll probably open a can of black beans and smash them up with some herbs and spices to accompany.
Last night, I took some of the leftover piggie and rendered it down, and made sandwiches on Acme torpedo rolls, with a schmear of the smashed black beans, some smoked gouda, red bell pepper strips, a piece of romaine, and of course, sellanchro.

For tonight, I'm thinking of stopping by this place https://www.newdumplingfood.com/ - friends have recommended, and say it is good. I'll probably cook up that kale in the fridge with some garlic to accompany.
