I cancelled an award flight a few days ago. Today the taxes were refunded but the miles have yet to reappear in my account. Seems odd to me. In the past, the miles would be refunded instantly and you would have to chase down the taxes. Is it typically taking longer to see the miles returned? Maybe it I need to call in and ask...
