Thank you for the replies! Makes sense.

The total price of the tickets matched exactly what UA was charging on website. No discounts etc.
So, thats a good sign!

1. The actual price paid is showing in the UA-website generated receipt. I dont see "Bulk" anywhere.
The UA Receipt (via email) says:
Fare Rules Additional charges may apply for changes in addition to any fare rules listed.
REFUNDABLE/CXL FEE/CHG FEE

So I think this is a regular fare purchased by the TA

The change fee may be T.A. as you noted.

I will watch for the miles posting and any PQP bonus.
