Shoutout from a fellow Sun-devil, CMK10 ! I remember when I was going to grad school at ASU (2013-2014), I used to stay at the Four Points on Rural (now Moxy), quite often - I loved the SPG Platinum status that can be had for only 25 stays (RIP SPG). In fact, AFAIK, during those days, Four Points was the only chain hotel within a walking distance of ASU Tempe. As an ASU student, I negotiated a discounted rate with the manager (either FO or Sales) - even became good friends with the breakfast chef and the FO check-in lady. Good to know that a Hilton brand has opened at an even better location - will have to try it out.

Besides the continental breakfast, how were the other Diamond benefits - early check in / late check out, suite / premium room upgrades, etc.?
