Based on the hotel requirements posted earlier, hotels are supposed to send daily list of travellers who check in/out. I'm assuming the government will cross-reference those to the list of arriving travellers.

I wonder what will happen to someone if their test result isn't ready by the time they have to checkout on day 3 (either it gets delayed or simply lost/not traced back to the traveller)... according to the instructions you're supposed to remain at the hotel until your test result comes back, but will you have to pay extra if you have to end up spending the entire 14 day stay there if the result never comes?
