- looks like you have to book the test at the airport, it's going to be done by Biron (a private lab), they were already doing rapid tests for departure (for France before they required a PCR, and now the US). I assume you will have to pay it directly, if I remember correctly it was between 150 and 200$ You can already book your appointment and they give a price of 0$... looks like they will be paid with the hotel, after all.
- you have to go by yourself to the hotel (you are not escorted like in Australia), you can use the hotel shuttle, your personal car, or a cab, but not Uber/Lyft, and obviously not public transportation
- they says the list of hotels should be available today but no link yet
