I have flown both products and very recently. If I have to choose I would opt for BA Club Suite. BA Club seat is an updated and improved version of AC J seat avoiding all the complaints that AC J seat is getting, one of them is the table which is pushed back all the way to be under the TV screen giving you better sleeping experience without having your hip or knees hitting it .
