Just log in to the website and click advanced search near the Find Trains button on the home page. Then position your cursor in the coupon code area and click... a selection list of all your coupons should appear. If that does not work for some reason you can just copy and paste in the code after looking up your coupon in your account. If using the app...they should be listed in the Add Discount Code area.

They have a very easy to remember phone number... 1-800-USA-RAIL.
