I have booked outbound CW using wife's 241, so ticketed in her BAEC account. I intend to phone before midnight 355 days out to add our return :-
1. Does it matter that I 'do the 'phoning to add the return to a booking in her BAEC acc't (she will be grumpy at midnight) ?
2. If I 'phone the Gold line will it automatically knock through to India or Japan or somewhere equally helpful ?
3. My Amex was used for the outbound but has since been blocked (lost by the other pax). Will it work on the 'phone adding the inbound on a new Amex card, same acc't but diff card number?

Based on my previous experience
1. They will want to speak to the voucher holder, so grumpy other half will have to speak to them to confirm details and then you can take over to sort the booking.
2. Gold line does not help since technically it is closed and so you have to ring the international number even though sometimes it goes to the UK call centre after you get through!!!
3. Sorry, not sure about this one.
