Sorry for tardy reply. STC has previously indicated the 777X will have F suites based on those of the latest 777-300ER, although I'm not aware he has said outright "Yep, exact same suite", but if not exactly the same you'd think it would be very very close.

As to this appearing on all EK 777Xs, that depends on if EK splits its fleet into four-class and three-class (allowing business, premium economy and economy as the new standard three-class config), as it's done with the 777-300s and indeed some A380s. Not aware that EK has revealed such plans but I'd find it highly likely to have two configs across the 777X fleet.
