I had a stay at a SLH property in Miami not earn the 4x points, which they are supposed to. I called Chase. It took a little bit of explaining the card terms to get the agent to understand, but they did eventually award me the extra points. Your case should be a little more straightforward since it’s actually a Hyatt property.
