I had it with other Hotel CCs, I simply called the CCs 800# explained it and they manually gave me the difference that would post when my next CC statement closes. I forget wihich one said we go only by how the vendor is listed, I said why not call the tel# and see how they answer he did and said OK I will post the additional points. Dont know how Chase will react but you have nothing to lose by calling. IMO Hyatt has nothing to do with it,Unless its a Hyatt owned hotel
Wanted to add: I thought the OP was talking about getting the extra pts for having used their Hyatt CC at a Hyatt, in which case Chase would be the proper ave to contact. After reading some posts below, if the OP was to get the extra pts due to a promo that Hyatt has going then Hyatt and not Chase would be the proper ave to take.
