Foreign stay paid with Chase HOW card did not code as Hyatt
Dear all,

I have recently completed a stay at a Hyatt in Brazil and did not get 4x points by paying with the Hyatt card. The credit card statement seems to have the name of the local franchisee, not Hyatt Hotels or anything similar. I called Chase but they didn't seem to know what to do. Has anyone ever had a similar issue? Thanks in advance for any help.
