I think the OP was referring to Day Passes. I didn't know you could buy those online though...

Back to the OP, unfortunatelly for you AA does NOT offer "passes" the only way to get in is:
1) being an AC member
or
2) flying in Business/First (or having elite status...)
or
3) Paying $50 for a day pass
