Oh, do I have a spot for you: five of them, even.

These are *phenomenal*. They have to drag me out kicking and screaming. Read the threads and be amazed that people on FT can agree about something being good. They are in Yucatán and Campeche states, which are less overrun with Covidiots named Karen and Chad from
El Norte.

Caveat: four of the five are in rural areas. As a result, the cellular data coverage is carrier specific - so you might want to ask if Telmex or AT&T has good coverage at the Hacienda you choose. For example, Hda Santa Rosa has decent AT&T but really crappy Telmex.

Breakfasts are fantastic. Food overall is very reasonably priced and well-prepared Yucatecan fare with a few resort staples.

Rooms are great, public spaces are colonial splendor and the pools are Instagram fodder. Service and hospitality are genuine.

Most airports are offering inexpensive surface antigen tests for departing passengers, which are sufficient for return to the US. PCR for return to Canada takes some more doing but all Bonvoy properties have a letter with location-specific test provider contact and pricing information.
