The outbound flight was in sep 2020. Original return flight was Jan 17 2021. This was essentially extended to Feb 28th 2021 on DEC 25 2020.
we had verified all details including the class and seat number on the call and had verified the status on the united app.
Since there was no email confirmation sent and since I didn't take a scrrensgot of the status on the app, I am left with no proof.
I initially thought but might be a glitch and an honest mistake by united but they are unwilling to correct it now.
