Could not agree more as F-GZNT was deployed in last minute for my CDG-GRU (availability of A350 was compromised due to technical issue, of what I have been explained without much detail).
It was not a good surprise to fly such an old configuration on a 5 year old plane! Luckily J was 1/3 booked, overall plane below 50%.
This 2-3-2 configuration is totally outdated, the IFE is way too slow and there is absolutely no storage. I do no talk about privacy that does not exist. However I slept rather well to be honest, without discomfort.
