This is a question that, ultimately, I will have to pose in one form or another to AC. Experience dictates that I first ask my fellow FTers.

I have a Rapidair pass with 4 unused segments. Due to a change in my employment situation, I now have to book my business travel through a corporate travel agency. Given the number of business-related flights I will have to do in the triangle, I also don't see much hope/reason for personal use of the remaining 4 segments.

Question: What can I do with the remaining segments? Is there any prorating involved, or is it "use it or lose it"?
