I have been doing this for maybe 10 years! I think I started because of the health benefit and it is certainly a lovely way to start my day (I have it before I eat anything else) but it doesn't really curb my sweet tooth for the rest of the day. It is for sure a craving at this point and I make sure I travel with it. I don't think I have skipped a day unless I couldn't eat anything in the morning like before a surgery.
