Terms seem to indicate you only have to fly during the promotion period w/ ticket booking/purchase date irrelevant. I would assume FFCs from 2020 used for flights during the promotion period qualify. I'd guess the PQPs and bonus PQPs will correspond to your new ticket cost, not necessarily the entire FFC value (but I may be wrong):
