I booked a award ticket from Ord-lhr in August. The ticket is connecting in ewr there was Polaris avalibiliy on the long leg but no saver availability on the Ord-ewr. I want to pay cash to upgrade but now it won’t let me pay to upgrade and it says this reservation is not available to upgrade. Anyone know why this is?
