I tried to do some surveys today, but each survey after a few screens pre-qualifying questions, it then led to a screen with tiny message at the top of the screen, which I copied and pasted below. Then it would not go anywhere.

So I sent them 2 messages - one is related to account inquiry as it is possible account is locked (that happened over a year ago for no apparent reason), and the other is to technical issue. Both got the robot reply as emails were successfully submitted.
Have anyone had similar issue in the past? What might cause that?
The last time I completed surveys was in January, less than 30 days ago.

I was able to redeem 2K AS miles even though getting the above error message so I gather this is just a technical issue.

I notice now they no longer need a telephone number? Also there is no telephone number field in Profile?
