Yes, unfortunately that’s pretty much the only response you’re going to get from Twitter / phone agents / concierge for delays with these kind of promotions. When something “goes wrong” they’ll just say to wait until end of the promotion + a few weeks). Most likely you’ll end up having to chase them after that point since it’s unlikely they’ll actually post automatically.
