Yes, that's the idea -- 3 reservations, lock in the TSUs for first and third reservations. 50/50 the hotel will just let you keep the suite rather than moving twice (you're still out the extra TSU of course). And if an Andaz Suite opens up for the middle night then rearrange onto one reservation. Your call whether it's worth the hassle... Worst case scenario is you'd have to move twice (and, ultimate worst case, you might not have late checkout or early check in on those occasions, requiring luggage storage on two consecutive days).
