According to Papillon's chief pilot, it's a 40-45 minute helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon from LAS. Papillon has several different products available from LAS, at least 2 include time at the bottom of the canyon. You can even arrange for drinks or drinks and a meal while you're there.

The industry is so closely regulated that most tour companies and the packages they offer are very similar. Papillon is my favorite partly because they are the oldest and largest of the GCN helicopter tours and partly because I know several of the pilots (at LAS and at Tusyan).
