Travel Companion's KTN Not Populating on aa.com
Anyone else have a travel companion with a KTN that doesn't populate when you book a trip for two?
My husband has his KTN in his AAdvantage profile and it populates automatically when he books trips for himself, but when I book trips for the two of us his KTN never populates. Everything else is there (full name, AAdvantage number, DOB, address, etc.) just not the KTN.
I've deleted him from my Travel Companions section, made sure his KTN is in his AAdvantage profile, and then added him again. Web support seems perplexed.
