If you are trying to book awards form ORD, the schedule may be working against you. I am seeing ORD-PTY operating only on Sunday.
The only day in January 2022 that is less than 330 days out is Sunday January 2. And I see no awards ORD-PTY on that day. It is not uncommon for airlines to block awards in the time immediately around Christmas and New Years Day. I would be concerned if you don;t see awards in a week or two.
Edit: I just checked the schedules from JFK and IAD. Both of them are Sunday only starting January 2022. I suspect that CM has not published the real schedule for early 2022 yet.
