Both galleys are about the same. I personally prefer K but both A and K are also similar.

CSDs (equivalent to pursers on some airlines like EK) IME are very hit or miss, they do handle the front rows of the left aisle in J, I've had better service with 'normal' crew since CSDs are usually more 'business-like'.
