I believe that avocados are good for anti/cholesterol, according to my Kaiser nutritionist. It’ll be funny if they were wrong all this time.
Well avocados are fat but they are good fat so that is true. But a nutritionist who makes a blanket statement that all pork is bad for you should be taken with a grain of salt. Does this nutritionist know about the rest of your diet?
