Unfortunately, nope. You are not/would not be entitled to a full refund due to change of equipment - equipment and amenities are not guaranteed. At best, you may get a sympathetic agent who would waive a fare difference and rebook you to another routing that did have lie-flats (the only realistic option here is probably via SLC), but that's the best you can hope for and even that would technically be at the discretion of the agent. The only way you're entitled to a refund is if there is a significant schedule change.
