Out of respect for the properties, I'll keep it confidential, but I can say I've been offered significantly more attractive rates than the long stay rates available on Hyatt.com at four of the properties mentioned in this thread. I've stayed at two of them, one was at about 50% less than the lowest rate bookable online, the other at 20% below the lowest rate bookable online (which was already a rate that reflected a 25% discount). The two I didn't end up staying at offered rates 30-40% less than the lowest rate online. I essentially run a mini-RFP process contacting several hotels and seeing what they can offer and then continuing to negotiate from that position. I also note that I'm looking for a rate that qualifies for WoH points and benefits and guarantee a stay of at least 30 nights.
