I'd call and check the status of your upgrade. The appearing - disappearing - reappearing status of reservations has been much discussed, including a very recent thread that suggested that it might - at least partially - be fixed. It used to be they 'disappeared' when you were wait-listed. Others recently reported being concerned because their reservation didn't disappear when they were waitlisted; I had the same issue in August when I had Mrs tt7 waitlisted and it didn't disappear .... so eventually called to make sure she really was on the waitlist (which she was). Eventually, it did disappear .... which I took as a sign that something had happened .... sure enough, when I called, the upgrade had cleared. It seems confusing at best... I'd call to check the status before giving the VPs to someone else....
