Yes, the F&B credit was actually never a core part of the Work From Hyatt rate. Some properties offered it but many (most?) didn't. Some of those who did offer it no longer do (e.g. Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen started out with a $50 per day credit at the start of November, then changed the rate mid November so that it didn't include any F&B credit).
I noticed that the GH Playa del Carmen changed their rate terms again:
