Just tried to get a refund for a cancellation (was booked using an evoucher) was told to process a complaint/claim using online form. :/ https://www.britishairways.com/trave...service-portal

Hung up and called again and agent then processed this through back office. (Easier for me I suppose)

BA have just had terrible service of late. The agents are so inconsistent. I'm sure the lackluster IT behind these vouchers (increased manual workloads) are to blame but still.

Agent yesterday was trying to get me to pay 700 gbp for a flight that was 200.
Cough cough 'are you searching for the most flexible fares?'
'...erm yes'
'Well could you repeat the search with the lowest fares then?!

Also instances of pushy agents trying too hard to get me to take a voucher instead of a cash refund.
