Dreadful outfit to deal with. I made a substantial furniture purchase in mid November, some 90 days and numerous "Thank you for shopping on the British Airways Avios eStore. Your Avios will be with you within 35 days." emails, still no Avios, next due date for them being credited is a week today.
This is my fourth attempt at using eStore, previous were for small amounts which I gave up chasing. The cynic in me would say that there is a deliberate ploy of obfuscation and delay to encourage people not to bother chasing their points.
