The U.S. is one such example.
The only income that should be taxed, is that earned within the U.S., that income earned while living in another country but being paid from a company located in the U.S., or that money that is earned in another country but brought into the U.S. (via cash, wire, etc.)
If I live part-time in Country X and earn a living there by working for a company in Country X, why the hell should I have to pay U.S. income taxes on said income when it is not used in the U.S.?
Yet another way for the IRS to steal more money from people; they can't even manage the money they collect from people living in the U.S.
