Thank you all for sharing your experiences with the e-Store.

I just don't understand how a store can send a customer a confirmation of the Avios being earned and transferred to one's account within five days and then withdraw itfor whichever (wrong click etc.) reason.

Am I the only one finding this unacceptable?
