I also called and got the $100 + $200/4K offer for BBP. I use this card a fair amount and the rep even stated that. I chatted for my dad's card a couple weeks ago and got the 5K + 5K MR offer. I don't know if the difference in offers is because I use my card more or because of some other complex algorithm.

I chatted for my dad's Plat card ($2-3K/yr use) and got the 50K MR offer w/o any spend. He didn't call for offer lasts year, but got 30K the year before that.
