A bit of good news to report. Originally, I asked to speak to a manager, after they told me they would only let me rebook with no addl miles/fees through March. Manager was busy but she called me back about 45 min later. I was not able to answer the call. She left a vm but no phone number. Called back a couple days later to the main line and asked nicely for a manager again. Agent came back and said the manager would let me rebook this one time without any additional fees! Really didn't think that was going to happen.I'm rebooked again for mid August and hoping we will be able to travel then
