Family and I stayed 3 nights at the Shadow Ridge II The Enclaves Marriott in 2019 and loved it. Two bedroom, two bath with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Pool was great too with a pool bar. I don't remember the price point but it wasn't too bad if i recall. I would recommend it and stay there again.
