I posted this in the Asia award thread. The new TATL partner levels are CSMH1200 (60-day advance, 120K), CSMH1700 (21-day advance 170K), CSM1950 (no advance, 195K). TATL and TPAC partner awards are now identical at 120K for 60-day advance purchase. 21-day advance TPAC partner awards are now actually cheaper than TATL (CSMG1450 145K) as are no-advance purchase TPAC partner awards (CSM1600, 160K).
DL is currently erroneously quoting DL metal awards (105K CSVR1050) for partner metal TATL flights if you search for roundtrips more that 90-days out (these are both requirements for CSVR1050 awards, as well as DL metal required in fare rules) and tacking on a large carrier surcharge. If you search as one-ways, you get the correct partner metal awards quoted and no carrier imposed surcharge on US-EU flights (EU-US one-ways will however have a carrier-imposed surcharge)
