My EXP flight finally posted, and showed up this morning. Called the EXP number to modify some reservations with the new status. Gave FF#, got a rep. Proudly said I was EXP for the first time, and wanted to make some changes. She said "let me transfer you to the EXP desk". When I got there, the EXP rep said that the phone system likely hadn't yet linked my ff# with my status.
Just goes to show what we already knew- no matter which number you call, you get sent to the place that the system thinks you belong. In this case, fortunately the CS rep had the correct info
