Nights stayed = 6 (1 + 1 + 4) x 2 = 12
I'm sorry this may sound confusing, but I for one am definitely still confused on tracking my nights. I think there can be a better way for Hyatt to display nights awarded so its more easily tracked without having to constantly do the math. Maybe its just me.
It should be relatively straightforward, if not entirely transparent.
The qualifying nights from your stays post with the stay activity. The nights from spend / annual qualifying nights should show as "Chase Credit Card Night Credits". The bonus nights (if you've gotten them) post as "Bonus Journeys Bonus Night".
If you're "short" six nights and don't see any activity for "Bonus Journeys Bonus Night", then that's what you're waiting for.
