The half-cafe business class is the nicest piece of equipment Amtrak has on the corridor, only behind Acela first class. Far superior to Regional business class. When traveling NYP-WAS just realize that the Vermonter may be late, since it has been traveling all day down from Vermont. When going WAS-NYP I would pick it every time over a regional or Acela (unless the half hour time difference is an issue).
