We are italians residing abroad. We went to Positano and Capri in August 2020 and had no problems. We quarantined in Rome with family for 2 weeks before heading to the amalfi. Hopefully there wont any problems this year.
Keep an eye on the "colour" of the regions... Should Puglia go orange or red it might limit your ability to move about. Still, too far out to worry at the moment.
