Well at 50.000 (Platinum NH and *G) you get 100% bonus mileage and 1 international return guaranteed upgrade or 4 domestic OW upgrades.
At 100.000 (Diamond you get 125% bonus and 3 international ow upgrades or 6 domestic OW upgrades)
Also with NH your award ticket (if on NH only) is date flexible even after departure.
The big drawback with NH is that awards can only be given to family members.
